To minimise delivery time and cost, all of our products are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Goods are normally dispatched within 2 to 5 days using a 'next business day' courier service.
Orders with a total value of £100 + vat or over (prior to any discount) will be delivered free of charge. Orders under £100 + vat will be subject to a small delivery charge of £5.95 + vat.
If the rare event that we are unable to deliver your order in the stated time we will contact you by telephone or email, at which point you will have the option to cancel the order. If for any reason a delivery is delayed we will accept no liability for any loss caused.
Should you wish to return unwanted items we must be notified within 10 days of delivery, at which time return instructions will be provided. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Items must be returned in original condition including all packaging. Upon receipt of returned goods in satisfactory condition a refund will be made within 5 working days.
Upon receipt all goods should be checked for damage. If items need to be returned we must be notified within 2 days of delivery, at which time return instructions will be provided. Items will be replaced if available or alternatively refunded in full.
Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
All new goods supplied are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). If new goods develop a defect during the 12 month warranty period, you should notify us immediately at which time we will issue instructions. Goods will be replaced if available or alternatively a full refund will be given.
The warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Suppliers prior written approval.
